Micro Milling Premium LFT Thin Set or Medium-Bed Mortar is a polymer modified blend of Portland cement, graded sand and special additives for the installation of Large Format Tiles. Key Features: Ideal for 15?x15?(38x38cm) and larger tiles. Can be used as a medium-bed mortar up to 3/4? (19mm) thick. Non-slump formula helps eliminate lippage. Exceeds ANSI A118.4. Mix with water only. USES Suitable for porcelain tiles, ceramic tiles, marble and stone. Commercial or Residential Installations. Interior and exterior floors and walls. SUITABLE SUBSTRATES Fully cured concrete (28 days). Exterior grade plywood (interior only). Well prepared and bonded unglazed tile (interior only). For tile over tile applications, loose or fractured tiles should be removed and voids filled with an appropriate floor levelling agent or filler. Tiles should be thoroughly cleaned to remove all grease, soap scum, wax, sealers etc. Lightly sanding the surface of the existing tiled floor will greatly improve the mechanical bond of Micro Milling Thin Set.
